Anne de Landsheer brings unique and innovative international expertise in executive recruitment in the healthcare sector and talent management for the global life sciences industry. As Head of Life Sciences Practice (Korn Ferry) and member of the Cornerstone International group (Paris), she has evolved for over 16 years in various management positions (sales and marketing, human resources, and training) within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry (MSD, Pfizer, Eli Lilly, Ipsen).
In 2013, she founded PEAK LIFECYCLES HR, driven by the conviction that any human resources approach must be based on the lifecycle concept for optimal adaptation to the transformations companies undergo. Thus, for over 10 years, she has supported companies and their leaders in Europe and the United States towards growth and success.
Her passion for innovation and excellence, coupled with her experience, allows her to identify new forms of expertise and anticipate future business models by offering customized talent acquisition and development solutions.
A graduate of the University of Massachusetts, she has a strong academic background in neurosciences (Boston-Master Neurosciences) and in business administration and management (ESCP Europe-MBA and ESSEC -MS Management Program).
