Overview

In 1983, Jean-Michel Renck founded a software publisher that became a leader in its field and was later sold to the CSC group. In 2004, he founded Owliance, a leading specialist in outsourcing (health and provident insurance contract management), until its acquisition by Tessi in 2018.

He is also the president of J2 Finance, an independent M&A and fundraising advisory firm that supports SMEs, mid-cap companies, and large corporations.

He is a founding partner of Pleiade Venture.
