9 winners in 2024 (out of 90 applications received!) and already 2 in 2025: these Montpellier startups, ready to revolutionize Global Healthcare, were highlighted on January 30 at the Cap Alpha incubator (Clapiers) as part of the Boost Invest program.

This certificate, linked to the MedVallée (Director: Michaël Chekroun), identifies and supports startups seeking funding. It also reveals the importance of the pool of innovative start-ups in the fields of health, food and the environment.

Boost Invest provides ” a decisive guarantee of credibility and reputation with investors and bankers, in a market that has become very difficult and competitive “, insists Stéphanie Gottlib-Zeh, MedVallée ambassador.

The 9 nuggets supported in 2024 are seeking to raise a total of €30m:

A €10 million financing round is planned for the spring to “prepare for the launch of a clinical trial, and development in the United States”, explains Guillaume Blivet, Innovation Director.

Selected companies are evaluated by a committee of experts combining scientific, financial and entrepreneurial skills. This process enables startups to secure financing ranging from €100,000 to €15 million.

The competition is global, and we need to be visible,” concludes Michaël Delafosse, Mayor of Montpellier and President of Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole.
